Chickoo Ice Cream
2 cup - Milk
1 tbsp - Corn flour
2 cup - Chickoo pulp
½ cup - Condensed milk
1 cup - Cream
2 tbsp - sugar
1. Mix corn flour with ½ cup milk and heat the remaining milk. When it begins to boil, add the corn flour mixture and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and add condensed milk and Chickoo pulp and sugar. Chill and add cream.
2. Pour in shallow aluminium dish and freeze till half set.
3. Beat the half set mixture till fluffy. Keep it back in freezer till it becomes firm.
4. Chickoo Ice Cream is ready to be served.
