Beans Salad

Ingredients
      
1/4 cup Black eye beans - Soaked   
1/4 cup Red kidney beans (Rajma) - Soaked   
1/4 cup Green gram (sabut moong), Soaked   
10 -12 French beans -
Cut in1/4 inch pieces
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1/2 medium bunch Fresh coriander leaves - chopped   
1/4 medium bunch Fresh mint leaves - chopped   
2 Green chillies - chopped   
1 1/2 teaspoon -  Chaat masala
1 medium Onion -  Cut in1/4 inch pieces   
Salt - to taste 

Method
 
1. Boil the soaked beans separately in one cup of salted water till they get soft. Drain and let them cool.

2. Boil French beans in one cup of salted boiling water till done. Drain immediately and refresh with cold water.

3. Dilute lemon juice with equal amount of water. Stir in chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and chaat masala. Shake well and refrigerate the dressing for at least an hour.

4. Mix all the cooked beans with diced onion and add the dressing. Toss the salad to evenly mix the dressing.

5. Serve Beans Salad cold.
