Suji Sandwich

Ingredients

 6 slices - plain white bread

1 - small capsicum, chopped

1 - small onion, chopped finely

1 - small tomato, chopped finely

2 tbsp - suji

3 tbsp - Cream or malai

Salt and Pepper to taste          

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients except bread in a bowl.

2. Let the mixture stay for about 5 minutes.

3. Put nonstick tawa on flame.

4. Start applying mixture on one side of the bread slices.

5. Place the mixture side of the slice on tawa first.

6. Once cooked properly turn the side and let it get crisp.

7. Now serve suji Sandwich with tomato ketchup.
