Rice Kheer

 
Ingredients


1/4 lbs rice
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
1 litre milk
Chopped nuts and cardamom powder

 
Method


1. Wash rice and  cook it in milk for  till rice is soft.

2. Add condensed milk and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. Stirring continuously, until the kheer reaches a desired consistency.

3. Remove from stove.

4. Serve warm Rice Kheer garnished with nuts and cardamom powder.

5. Rice Kheer could also be served chilled.
