Bundi Pomegranate Raita
1 cup bundi
1 cup pomegranate seeds
2 cups fresh yogurt/curd
2 pinches roasted cumin seeds powder
2 pinches red chilli powder
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1. Beat the curd/yogurt and add a little water if this seems to be thick.
2. Mix all the other ingredients and stir.
3. Bundi Pomegranate Raita is ready to serve.
