Indian Food Recipes -> Paneer Parantha recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Parantha:

For Stuffing:

250 gm finely chopped Paneer
1 chopped Onion
1 tbsp. Coriander finely chopped
1 tsp. Mint Leaves finely chopped
3 Green Chillies finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon - garam masala
Salt - per taste

For dough
3 cups whole Wheat Flour
1/2 teaspoon - ajwain
2 tsp. -  Ghee
Salt - per taste
   
Method to make Paneer Parantha:

1. Make the stuffing by mixing all  the Stuffing Ingredients.
2. Sieve the flour with the salt and ajwain Mix Ghee to flour.
3. Add water to make dough and make into 10 small portions.
4. Take a small portion and roll out into a thin round chapati. Smear a little Ghee on the chapatti and spread the paneer mixture. Fold the side to form a rectangle. Press the sides lightly.
5. On a pan smear Ghee lightly. Place the paratha and fry both the sides till light brown.
6. Paneer Parantha are ready to be served hot with Butter/Pickle.
