Ingredients for Banana Chips:
6 Raw Banana
1 tsp Red Chili powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 litre Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste
Method for making Banana chips:
1. Peal raw bananas.
2. With the help of vegetable cutter, slice all bananas into thin slices.
3. Heat oil. Fry slices of banana until crispy.
4. Add salt, chaat masala and black pepper powder as per taste.
5. Banana chips are ready to be served.
